How To Awaken Your Humans

To all the cats out there in the world, every morning I awake to go find my humans so I can be fed or they can let me outside. Sometimes they are not easy to awaken and I have to jump on the bed or walk around on top of them. Sometimes I even have to tap them on the cheek or fluff them like a pillow. Usually they awaken and I can then get fed or I can go outside. Do you have to do this?

It has been a while since my last post. the winter was fun with all the snow. Although I prefer to stay warm and dry, my humans had fun sledding in the fluffy white stuff that fell from the sky.

Then spring came with its rain and beautiful flowers. It also came with tornadoes that did lots of damage to Bradley County Tennessee where I live. My humans place was not hi, but I heard that many other humans lost their homes. Also in the spring a new cat showed up at my house. He is a yellow tabby and my humans have since started to call him Ratchet. (He likes being3aroung the dragons (Jeeps) in the garage.

I liked the warm temperatures of spring, but summer was even better. I really love hot weather and I enjoy laying in the sunshine. However, with my black coat of fur I did not stay in the sun for long. I found many cool places in the shade to laze around. The big dragon (Surburban) my humans call Bertha was a great place to stay cool. It is an even better place to stay dry when the wet stuff falls from the sky.

Now that cooler weather is here the trees are loosing their leaves and it is fun to be outside with my cat friend Ratchet and my dog friend Smash. We like to play chase and lay around in the cool breeze. Today my human mommy took me to the vet for my shots. I DO NOT like to ride in the dragon called JeepGirl. My vet said I was healthy, gave me my shots, and my human mommy took me home. Now it is time for a nice cat nap:-)
